Isaac’s (Santiago Cabrera) puzzling “Hiro vs. T-Rex” painting inspires Hiro (Masi Oka) and Ando (guest star James Kyson Lee) to search for the pictured samurai sword. Jessica (Ali Larter) struggles against Niki’s decision to turn herself into police. With his associate Eden dead and Matt (Greg Grunberg) on his heels, H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) tries to focus on his orders regarding Sylar (guest star Zachary Quinto). TWISTS AND REVELATIONS:

• The RNA symbol is a combination of two Japanese characters meaning “Great Talent” and “Godsend”.
• The sword belonged to a great samurai ruler named Takezo Kensai who found it buried in ice. The sword enhanced and focused his powers.
• Hiro steals the sword but it turns out only to be a replica. The original is in Linderman’s collection.
• Claude, the invisible man makes his debut. He seems to use his powers to pick-pocket unsuspecting folks.
• D.L. legally clears his name by returning Linderman’s money who drops the charges. However, Linderman is still holding the incident over his head and may call on a repayment at anytime.
• Simone is taking Hiro and Ando back to Vegas to get the sword from Linderman.
• The FBI raid PrimaTech Paper looking for Sylar on a tip from Matt. However, they find nothing and Audrey gets in a whole heap of trouble.
• Peter’s dream is more detailed and now includes Claude who laughs at him from the sides.
• Claire re-enacts the suicide jump from Chapter One to help Zach remember their friendship.
• The Haitian can only take memories, he can’t restore them.
• Eden McCain’s real name was Sarah Ellis.
